1. Equipment & Apparel
- All players must wear official **NFL Flag team jerseys**. Jerseys must be tucked in.
- **Mouthguards** are mandatory at all times on the field.
- Cleats are allowed (no metal spikes).
- Pocketless shorts are required to prevent finger injuries.
2. Game Timing & Scoring
Regular Season Games are played on a 48-minute continuous clock with 2 - 24-minute halves, unless one team gains a 35-point advantage, which will end the game. Teams can agree to continue without changing the score. The clock stops for halftime, for 2vminutes, injuries and at the Officials’ discretion.

3. Gameplay Mechanics
- The ball is live at the snap and dead when a flag is pulled or the ball hits the ground (**No Fumbles**).
- The QB has a **7-second pass clock**. If a pass is not thrown, the play is dead.
- Interceptions may be returned for yardage (except on point-after attempts).
4. Code of Conduct (The Legacy Standard)
"Character counts more than the scoreboard."
- Zero tolerance for taunting, trash-talking, or profanity.
- Respect all officials and coaches.
- Parents: Keep cheering positive. Negative comments toward players or refs will result in removal from the park.
