League Rules

• All players must wear official **NFL Flag team jerseys**. Jerseys must be tucked in.
• **Mouthguards** are mandatory at all times on the field.
• Cleats are allowed (no metal spikes).
• Pocketless shorts are required to prevent finger injuries.

Regular Season Games are played on a 48-minute continuous clock with 2 - 24-minute halves, unless one team gains a 35-point advantage, which will end the game. Teams can agree to continue without changing the score. The clock stops for halftime, for 2vminutes, injuries and at the Officials’ discretion.

• The ball is live at the snap and dead when a flag is pulled or the ball hits the ground (**No Fumbles**).
• The QB has a **7-second pass clock**. If a pass is not thrown, the play is dead.
• Interceptions may be returned for yardage (except on point-after attempts).

• Zero tolerance for taunting, trash-talking, or profanity.
• Respect all officials and coaches.
• Parents: Keep cheering positive. Negative comments toward players or refs will result in removal from the park.
