The Mission

Westchase Legacy Flag Football is dedicated to providing a high-energy, non-contact football experience that focuses on the fundamentals. We believe in teaching discipline, teamwork, and the "Legacy" mindset—where how you play the game matters as much as the scoreboard.

Official NFL Flag

As an official NFL Flag league, our players wear authentic NFL team jerseys and follow the standardized rules of the largest youth flag football organization in the world. We offer a clear pathway for boys and girls ages 5-14 to develop their skills in a safe environment.

What is included in the registration?

6 regular season games + Playoffs/Consolation game(s)

Full official Westchase Legacy uniform (reversible jersey, shorts, belt & flags)

Team insurance and league administration

When are practices?
Practices are at the discretion of your volunteer Head Coach. Most teams practice once per week — either on a weekday evening or 1 hour before their game. Exact practice day and time will be set by your coach once teams are formed.
Where are the games?
All games are played locally at Sickles High School.
Can my child play up a division? Note
Yes, kids can play up at parent's discretion.
Can my child play multiple divisions? Note

Yes, but schedules may not be always aligned to allow for this and league admins will not make special schedule adjustments.

When are individual games?

Fall League: Saturdays, October 3 – November 21, 2026

Winter League: January 8 – March 5, 2027

Spring League: April 2 – May 21, 2027

When will we know game time slots?
The full season schedule and exact game times will be released within 5 days of the start of the season.
How many games do we play?
Each regular registration covers 6 active seasonal games plus scheduled playoff brackets/consolation setups.
What happens if games are cancelled due to weather?
Cancelled games will be rescheduled at the end of the season or during league bye weeks whenever possible.
Can I request a specific coach?
Yes. During registration, list your preferred coach in the Coach Request field. We will honor requests when possible (same age division, first-come basis).
Can my child play with friends or siblings?
Yes. During registration, list requested teammates in the Player Request field. We do our best to keep friends and siblings together (same division required).
When will we know our team assignments?
Team rosters and volunteer coach assignments will be emailed within 3 days after registration closes.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds once the season begins and uniforms have been issued. Injured players may receive a prorated credit toward a future season. No refunds for conduct violations.
